HOW DOES HSS REPORT APP WORK?

1. Download the mobile app. IOS mobile phone users, download on the App Store. Android mobile phone users, download on Google Play Store.
2. Search for HSS logo and Download.
3. Register with required details to use the app.
4. Report what you saw or heard (availability of evidence will speed up your report).
5. Upload clear documents, pictures, audios or videos.
6. Submit your report or you may save draft if you choose to continue later.
7. HSS Admin Office will review your report and escalate to the relevant authorities on your behalf.
8. HSS Report will follow up and update you with progress on the report.
9. You (the person who initiated the report) can check the status of your report via your account registered with us.
